Week 1:
In the first session we will discuss what black and white photography achieves for photographers, what makes a powerful mono image, and we’ll discuss a range of images from genres including portraiture, landscape, street, etc.
Week 2:
I will share with you a simplified and powerful workflow that will help you capture strong black and white images, and we will explore how to spot opportunities and best use light.
During this week or weekend, you’ll ideally go out and practice your new found skills so that you can upload your favorite 5 x images before the following session. (If you cannot get out, you may present older images, but this will reduce the overall learning as you will not have practiced your new skills.)

This is a zoom based remote learning workshop with each of the 3 x session lasting 2 hours each.
